Tribitor is a weight loss product in the form of drink sachets which contain three active ingredients. Their principal effect is to block a portion of the carbohydrates in food from getting absorbed by the body, and thus being stored in fat cells.
Carb blockers are a well established form of diet product, although they are more commonly included in multi-ingredient diet pills rather than sachets of drink powder.
This product must be consumed prior to a carb-rich meal to have any effect at all because the ingredients in Tribitor need to be absorbed so that they are ready to start binding to the sugars in the food.
Ultimately, carb blockers alone can help reduce some of the calories you take on from a carb rich meal, but in doing so they have one massive flaw: you must eat that carb-rich meal in the first place. Carb blockers by themselves are not really weight loss aids, they are more like damage control.
One good effect they have is to reduce some of the impact on blood sugar that a fast carb which meal has, if you must eat one. This might stall the well known crash after a sugary meal.

What Is Tribitor?
Tribitor contains 3 ingredients which are as follows:
- White Bean
- White Mulberry
- Chlorogenic Acid (from Green Coffee)
The White Bean is actually white kidney bean extract which has been shown in studies to inhibit the absorption of some sugars and starches from carbohydrate rich foods.
The manufacturer explains that foods high on the Glycemic Index – otherwise known as “fast” carbs – are the main target of the carb blockers in Tribitor.
That’s because the “fast” carbs are those which have the most negative impact on blood sugar levels and ultimately health. They are fast because they are digested and absorbed very quickly, reaching the blood stream and spiking its levels of blood sugar. That’s why Tribitor – or any carb-blocker – must be taken about 15 minutes before the meal is consumed.
The other ingredients – white mulberry and chlorogenic acid act in a similar way. The reduction of blood sugar reduces the spike and also reduces the harm to insulin sensitivity which inevitably comes about due to habitual consumption of fast carb rich food.
Side Effects and Health Issues
White Kidney Bean extract contains PHA – a type of lectin which has the potential of causing some health problems to humans. It’s the reason raw beans have to be specially prepared; soaked etc. before being cooked for eating.
One extract of White Kidney Bean called Phase 2 has been processed to remove the PHA from it. Other, cheaper extracts have not been treated this way.
It is unknown if the White Kidney Bean extract in Tribitor has been processed to remove the PHA, but it is clearly not the Phase 2 brand, otherwise it would be marked more clearly.
Usage Guidelines
The sachet contents can be mixed with water and consumed 15 minutes before a carbohydrate-rich meal.
You may also just consume the contents of the sachet directly, although the flavour will be a lot more potent.
Purchasing Options and Recommendations

Tribitor is available from the company website, and is sold in boxes of 30 sachets for one serving a day over a month, or 2 servings a day for 15 days.
There is usually a special offer for the first time you order and there’s more discount to be had if you order more than one month’s worth at a time.
A refund policy is in place and appears proper but you have to act fast if you want to cancel the sales contract.
To some extent, Tribitor will work to reduce the calories you absorb from a carb-rich meal, but to be perfectly honest it’s not a direct weight loss product and it literally needs you to eat fast carb food to work. If anything it may allow you to ‘get away’ with some carbs.
A more effective way of losing weight is to control the amount of calories you consume, and then consider a weight loss supplement as a helping hand to increase your calories burned.
The top diet supplements are those which support this effort rather than cover up some poor dieting habits.
